Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options at checkout.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since our products are made to order, we process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@jasmineimpressions.com.
Shipping & Delivery
4. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary based on location.
5. How long does shipping take?
- Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. See our Refund policy for details.
8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Please email support@jasmineimpressions.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll replace it for you.

10. How should I care for my T-shirt?
To keep your T-shirt looking fresh:
✔ Wash inside out in cold water
✔ Use mild detergent
✔ Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
✔ Tumble dry on low or air dry
✔ Do not iron directly on the print
